ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCHING
Providing your items are in stock, non-personalised orders are usually shipped within 2–3 working days from our warehouse.
Personalised orders are usually shipped within 3–5 working days.
Please note that during peak seasons—such as the months leading up to Wedding Season, Diwali, new product launches, or sale periods—we receive a high volume of orders. This may result in slight processing or shipping delays.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery time within India varies from 2–5 working days after shipping, depending on serviceability as per the logistics or courier partner.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). For rush or urgent orders, kindly contact our team before placing the order.

We do not charge for shipping, as it is already included in our product prices
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes (i.e. GST).
EXCEPTIONS
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible or the buyer is not responding to calls by the logistics partner, delivery time may exceed our estimated timelines. To confirm the delivery address, we may contact you via the email ID or phone number provided by you.
We only use reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Pink Paper Co. is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/Speed Post or for any factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to reasons outside the control of Pink Paper Co.—including but not limited to poor courier service in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure events—we will inform you of the inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a store refund (applicable only for non-personalised orders).
However, if the shipment remains undelivered or is RTO (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect/incomplete address or buyer unavailability, no refund will be offered. The shipment may be resent to you upon payment of the shipping charges, including RTO charges.
