How to get customisations done ?

While placing an order, each product has an option to personalise by adding your choice of Greetings & Your Name on it.

What is your Shipping Time ?

We strive to dispatch all products within 3 working days.

However, since some items are made to order, there may occasionally be delays due to dependencies at various stages of production.

Delivery Time:

Non-personalized orders

• Delhi NCR: 2 - 4 working days

• Rest of India: 4 - 6 working days

Personalized orders

• Delhi NCR: 5 - 6 working days

• Rest of India: 6 - 8 working days

What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?

Since our products are Made to Order we don't accept Returns or Exchanges.

What if I receive a Wrong or Damaged Product?

We offer returns/replacements for damaged products received with your order.

To process your claim, please follow these steps:

  • Returns/Replacements are accepted only when we receive an uncut unboxing video along with clear images of the damages.

  • Please inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages/defects via WhatsApp at +91-9211284117.

  • Damaged product claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims reported after this period cannot be accommodated, as the package will be deemed accepted.

When can I Cancel my Order?

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. Please note that all cancellations incur a 5% payment processing fee, which we cannot refund as it is charged by our payment processor.
