Return & Exchange Policy
We make every effort to ensure all our pieces are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch. However, in rare cases, an item may arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such situations, we offer a replacement or refund for the affected piece.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, it can be returned or exchanged.
To facilitate this, kindly follow the steps below:
- Returns/Replacements are accepted only when we receive an uncut video of the unboxing, along with clear images showing the wrong product, defect, or visible external damage.
- Please check the goods upon delivery and inform us immediately of any damage or defect via WhatsApp at +91-9211284117 or email at info@pinkpaperco.in.
- The damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after this period cannot be entertained, and the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the package.
- Goods must be intact and unused, and returned in the same packaging, with all labels intact.
- We will arrange a return pickup within 3 days of your request from the same address where the goods were originally delivered.
- The team at Pink Paper Co. retains full discretion to determine whether the returned piece is intact and unused. Their decision shall be final.
The replacement piece will be delivered within 7 working days after the returned item reaches our warehouse (provided it is received in intact and unused condition).
Due to limited inventory, if we are unable to provide a replacement, we will process a complete refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned product. Your patience is appreciated should this occur.
In the case of a return and refund, the full amount will be refunded within 14 working days after the product reaches our warehouse (if the goods are intact and unused).
Goods are replaced in the same style as originally ordered, subject to availability. If a replacement cannot be provided, a complete refund will be issued.
Note: We only accept return/exchange requests if you have received a damaged or wrong product.
Refunds
If the payment was made through credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be issued to the same account.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days after the returned product is received in our warehouse.
Please note that while we release the refund from our end, the final credit to your account depends on your bank’s processing time. Delays from the bank’s side are beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 4 hours of purchase.
Please note that all cancellations incur a 5% fee, as charged by the payment processor. This fee is non-refundable.
